1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
You receive a damaged or defective product.
You receive the wrong product or wrong size.
Your order is cancelled before it has been processed or shipped.
The product is out of stock after payment has been made.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
Customized or personalized garments once production has started.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.
Minor color variations caused by screen settings or lighting.
Products returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
3. Refund Request Process
Customers must request a refund within 3 to 7 days of receiving the product.
To request a refund, please contact us with your order details, photos of the product, and reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 to 5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
In some cases, refunds may be provided as store credit or replacement products if preferred by the customer.
5. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
